It takes many hours of work and healthy eating choices to lose 41 pounds. Mike is doing just that!~ Weighing in today with another 9 pound loss, he is on his way to losing his goal weight of 100 pounds in 90 days. For most this might seem almost impossible but Mike is on a mission. I am lucky enough to be part of the program helping him shop, cook, workout and have fun. He has given up all alcoholic beverages despite the concerts, football games, parties and dinners we attend. I am so proud of his accomplishments and know that this week will be another winner. Today we have already had 2 cardio workouts and now doing a strength routine. Breakfast today was a scrambled egg, broccoli, peppers and bacon with an Elations drink and a banana. Greek style yogurt was his snack and lunch was grilled pork chop, half an apple and 2 cups of spaghetti squash. Now off to see if Chicago can beat those Bengals! Go Bears! I mean Bengals! After all I am in Cincinnati!
