If you have ever watched the biggest loser, you might think that those numbers they post for weight loss are unreachable. Who loses more than 10 pounds a week consistently... 43 pounds in a month. WOW! Those are some big numbers. In fact, you might even think... "Yeah if I had the food, trainers, and time... I could do that too." But what about Mike Burton? He's 35 years old, single, works a full time executive marketing position and likes to attend football games and concerts. His free time is minimal and career driven focus unyielding. He has many client dinners, business travel to the best cities with the most amazing restaurants and parties with his friends every weekend. Well, not only is Mike on his way to reach a 100 pound weight loss goal by January 1st when most people will be putting on 10-15 pounds, he is right on track at week two posting these numbers:
