Find out more about Eli: According to Eli Shayotovich, beer is the elixir of the gods. It's a beverage made of hops, barley and a pantheon of other delicacies that when looked at properly - through beer goggles perhaps - has changed the entire course of human history. Eli is heavily involved in the craft beer world writing for various online and print publications. Aside from serving as the SoCo Beer Examiner, he writes the "Lower Front Range" column for the Rocky Mountain Brewing News and the beer blog Confessions of a Beer Geek (www.confessionsofabeergeek.com).
