There's a clip that's currently burning up the internets of a hockey player making an astonishing shot. In case you haven't seen it, here it is. And then here it is five more times.

That's Oliver Wahlstromk, age 9, at the Mini 1-on-1 Challenge in the TD BankNorth Garden. Li'l Ollie's from Cumberland and plays for the Portland Junior Pirates. Since the word's gotten out, he's been giving interviews left and right (this one comes from the Portland Press Herald).Here he is being interviewed on CBS, along with his dad Joakim, general manager of the Junior Pirates and former winger for UMaine.

Wahlstrom says in this interview that he got the idea after seeing someone else do it on YouTube. I think I found the one he's referring to - this is Max Gerlach from Texas, and remarkably enough, he was nine years old at the time too.
