When searching for the best chocolate products, one must consider cold-press chocolate, since heating chocolate tends to destroy nutrients.  The following is a short list of companies offering cold-press chocolate:

Below is a recipe for making dark chocolate fudge.  YUM!


Ingredients:
One 4 oz bar (cold-press chocolate)
5 tbsp of nut butter (organic, if possible)
¾ cup of coconut milk (organic, if possible)
2 tbsp rice bran
2 tbsp oat bran
½ cup raw almonds
½ cup dried cranberries
Stevia (just enough to lightly sweeten)


Directions:
1. Put the coconut milk, nut butter and chocolate bar in a saucepan.


2. Turn heat to the lowest level


3. Stir all the contents together


4. Add everything else


5. Place wax paper in baking dish


6. Pour mixture onto wax paper and spread
 

7. Put it in the refrigerator


8. Eat and enjoy when ready
