For those who don't know, this is my book. A USC film grad student and fan asked if he could film part of it for his project. Of course, I told him he could and actually had the scene he wanted already written as part of a screenplay. He filmed the "Spread 'Em" story, in which my girlfriend at the time nearly got me arrested because she was arguing with a little old lady about a parking spot. This is pretty much how it went down, save the cop made me spread 'em over his squad car (too expensive to rent one for filming, I would guess). It came out very well and I'm not at all biased...
