Revisiting a high flying penny in Feb. staging a turnaround, that is set for Mass Production.
First it has pulled back significantly (75%) in March from it's flight to .04 all the way back to .01.
Second, it came out with news today that sets the stage for mass production, and likely, a potential turnaround.
Excerpt: ..(We) have completed work resulting in Wanderport now having a beta-ready approved design that is scalable for mass production....
What resulted when the news came out:
0.0190
0.0060 (46.15%)
At the height of it's runup in Febuary it was up over 800% for 2010 alone.
Recall the news that drove the runup. In particular the Australian deal.
Other recent news that has helped.
Recently, we inquired the IR dept regarding the pullback and thoughts on the stock moving forward. Part of the response we got was this:
.....we hope to support the share price with fundamentals that unfortunately don't always go according to market timeline expectations.........Continued news flow reflecting achievements will follow soon.
Balance sheet according to Yahoo.....Not sure how much we can trust, but does specify trading below book.
| Balance Sheet |
| Total Cash (mrq): | 1.12M |
| Total Cash Per Share (mrq): | 0.007 |
| Total Debt (mrq): | 0 |
| Total Debt/Equity (mrq): | N/A |
| Current Ratio (mrq): | 2.611 |
| Book Value Per Share (mrq): | 0.03 |
Bottom Line: May need to consolidate yesterday's runup some, but we think it's the start of a turnaround. Look for a higher low developing around .015. Additional news likely propelling it to .025.
