I apologize for not posting frequently recently, but it’s hard to write when one is out and about at an event almost every night.
Within the past seven days I have attended and visited the Taste of Elegance Pork Competition, Woodberry Kitchen, John Shields Sustainable Trout Dinner at the National Aquarium of Baltimore, Bolton Hill Bistro (aka B. Bistro), Joe Squared, Sake Tasting and Dinner hosted by Mt Washington Wine Company, and food provided by Chef Beej Flamholz, and to finish it all off, the FRESHFARM Markets Evening Gala.
While I’m gathering all the information together from my spinning head and scribbled notes, getting a few delicate details from media reps, and putting together articles, I figured I would share a few pictures I have recently edited. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but most of these just make me hungry….. The John Shields Dinner, B. Bistro, Sake Tasting and the FRESHFARM Gala all fall under the sustainable category, to which I am glad to share the pictures.
