For those who purchased a digital copy of Street Fighter IV only to find out the version currently lacks any kind of game manual, Capcom has your back.
The publisher has offered up a freely downloadable version of the title's booklet, now available to anyone who wants, needs or would like to peruse it.
If your copy was obtained from Steam, Direct2Drive or Impulse and you've been peeved trying to just figure things out by yourself, you should definitely pick up the 13 MB download in all of its wonderous knowledge (kick, fierce kick, etc.).
The manual is currently being mirrored over on Big Download.
