Break One Out, the first Xbox Live Community game to make it on to the marketplace with a 3/3 sex rating, has been pulled from the Xbox Live Marketplace.

A google search of: "Break One Out" Xbox produces a link to the official Xbox Live Marketplace page of the game on Xbox.com, however if the link is clicked it will redirect to a content not found page.

It is officially unknown why the community title was pulled but I'm willing to posture...parents who have no clue what family settings are, or an Xbox is find their child playing a game you often see in greasy bars and called their congressman...but I suppose that's for the official comments to say; if they ever come.

It was a surprise yesterday to read about a game like this making its way through the approval process, with essentially no one accounting for a potential backlash.

I only have one question to the guy who probably won't have a job at Microsoft tomorrow: What did you think would happen?

A screen cap of the Xbox Live Marketplace's RSS post of the title, proof of its approval:
