Red Mile Entertainment has revealed that its Sin City game, originally revealed in 2007, is set for release between April 1, 2011 and March 31, 2012, that may sound like a long time but unfortunately that is, in fact, the good news.

The bad news is the publisher is struggling to secure enough dough to stay open, with the company citing its need for "sufficient funds to continue operations." The company at present has $341,000, which it expects to last until March 31st of this year.

Thus, to stay open for the next two to three years, and reach the release of Sin City, Red Mile estimates it will need an advance of $10 million. They're currently seeking a co-publishing agreement to help fund the game.
