The Doc explains to CNN why a bailout will do much more long-term damage than allowing the recession to take its course.

Additionally, be sure to note the condescension of John Roberts during this inverview.

Roberts: "Congressman, great to see you. I was browsing around on your Web site ... And right there on the very front page, you are appealing to your supporters -- and there are tens of thousands of them -- to get in touch with key senators to tell them to vote this bill down ..."

Tens of thousands of Ron Paul supporters? Paul has tens of thousands in Texas alone; his fan club, which by the way continues to grow everyday, numbers well into the millions.

Roberts: "You tend to be right on these things on occasion, though. Dr. Paul, it's good to talk to you. Appreciate it."

Please. Show me one other congressman in office today who can even debate Ron Paul on monetary policy without looking like an idiot, much less one who's consistently predicted the failures of our economic policies like Paul has.
