That swirling mess in the photo was one moment's version of the sky in Faribault, Minnesota last week. The small plane I'd been flying around in for the preceding two weeks was, thank heaven, in a nearby hangar. We were under a tornado watch, which this gal from Oklahoma actually relished. We just didn't want the Bonanza getting hit with any of that baseball-sized hail.
Maybe you noticed my absence (wouldn't that be nice!) - it's harder than I thought to keep up with blogging while I bop around the Midwest. But the one thing I was able to do was post photos like the one here along with microblogs, through my iPhone, onto Twitter. So this became my presence in the "cloud" during my travels.
A whole lot has happened on Twitter in the last three weeks. Now I'm relishing the material I can share with you, about Twitter and various points east. If you're following me on Twitter you've already seen a string of pics and commentary. But I don't mind sharing it again with my non-Twitter friends. We do have to keep each other connected as best we can, you know.
Meanwhile my manifesto is forming too. More about that, and the clouds, in a few days.
Enjoy our Bay area weather - you sun worshippers should be hogging it up right about now!
Best,
Suzanna Stinnett
