It's no secret I'm a follower of Tim O'Reilly, who actively shares his thoughts about all sorts of interesting things on the microblogging site called Twitter.

Well, there's no secret about anyone I'm following on Twitter. All you have to do is go to my Twitter page and you can check out everyone I have chosen to "listen" to through this strange and extremely compelling extension of the global brain.

Today I got a couple of buckets of fresh inspiration reading about the Tools of Change Conference, O'Reilly's way of gathering a bunch of great minds to share their own thoughts at a conference in New York. As I sloshed through the staggering amount of new ideas, bright conversations and pure inventiveness going on at the TOC Conference, I "grokked" something I'd been pondering about innovation. That led to my latest post on Great Adaptations, so I'm sharing it all with you here.

See for yourself.

Twitter: go to Twitter.com and follow brainmaker.

Check it out. This cloud is not going away, and it is raining intelligent discourse, invention, evolution and solution.
