Tools for stretchy brain plasticity
Vigorous Mind has a product called MindFit. I looked it over, and decided it’s worth noting.
One of the things I like about
MindFit is that it assesses your progress and keeps tailoring the program to work your brain’s weak areas. Yep, just like a personal trainer. A down side of this program is that you need an external mouse to interact accurately with its time-related exercises. But maybe that’s a good thing. Switching to an external mouse, for those of us who are using laptop pads, gives the body a break from some of the lousy posture which computer-using induces. (Not as good as taking a walk, but still.) MindFit also has some use limitations – it needs Windows. I’m sure they’ll fix that eventually.

In case you don’t know this yet,
your brain requires exercise to circumvent the pull of “gravity” known as aging. It’s worth it, though. Life can be a blast when your brain works.
Think about it.
