Ha. This guy is one of the most compelling online communicators around. For Tim, it seems like the world is a big gnarly grapefruit he carries around in his hands, looking at this side and that, digging into the juice where he finds it most compelling, and then coming back and explaining what he learned to the rest of us, in language that is understandable but unique to him.
Yeah, I know, that’s sort of a description of a god.
Fish Oil, I keep telling you
If you’ve read any of my brain health blogs, you know that I consider fish oil to be the #1 must-have for high-functioning brains. So when I read about krill oil on Tim’s recent blog, I got in the car and headed straight over to a nearby chain store I’d never even considered before. Good choice. They had a bottle. It was expensive. I bought it. Even if I did feel like a bit of a Ferriss-zombie, “yeeesss, masssterrrr….” (Dr. Michael Eades authored the blog on krill oil.)
I think this may be the first time I have seen a recommendation on a blog and taken an immediate and personal action like that. And here I am, unabashed, telling you to do the same. At least go get your high-quality fish oil. (In my opinion that means it’s made of anchovy and sardine. The little fishes). I’ll report in on the krill oil after I’ve been using it for a while.
Fish oil is your friend, my friend, and Tim Ferriss’ friend. It supports the kind of brain that comes up with “how to learn a language in an hour.” For example.
Be brilliant. Do what Tim says. Just this once.
cheers,
Suzanna
