I've been a little bit out of touch lately (Hey! It's Summer!), but I'm going to try to get back into the swing of things by pointing you to some of the lesser known real estate topics being discussed sur le web.

I'm going to start by pointing you to my very own blog and a thread we're trying to get going over there...

In Real Estate, Size Does Matter

nacho

The concept is pretty simple, but the answers we're sure are complex:

'I know my home is too small when ....'

and the twin post

'I know my home is too big when ...'

So please help shed some light on the matter. Does size really matter, or is it what you do with what you've got that makes it special?

Please join the thread, and put a stop to the madness...after all, it's the not the wand that makes the home magic, but the wizard that controls it...right?
