In a struggling economy, many people are working longer hours or second jobs in order to make ends meet. But for those who thrive on long hours, little sleep and have no idea what a vacation is, there just may be a special day with your name on it. July 5th is Workaholics Day.

For some, there is no such thing as a 40-hour workweek.  Taking time off from work is simply not an option.  If you have no healthy life balance and are always on the job, work addiction can be problematic.    So turn off the Blackberry and step away from the computer - after you finish readingPhoto:  Bob Smitih / Stock this, of course!
