On July 2, 1947, to say Mac Brazel found something quite curious on his land in Roswell, New Mexico, is an understatement. In fact, the metal debris was so unusual, he notified authorities. Through a series of events that many to this day believe are highly suspicious, the event is known as the “Roswell Incident.”   Rosewell is perhaps the most well-known and documented incident for those who do believe, and those who don’t, in unidentified foreign objects (UFOs).   But whether a believer or a skeptic, the Roswell Incident is definitely worth reading.

World UFO Day, celebrated annually on July 2nd, is an important date for those who believe in UFOs. World UFO Day was created to persuade governments to disclose information they may have on UFOs.

Note: Some people celebrate World UFO Day on June 24th, a date when another well-known incident occurred in 1947.
