I find it hard to keep up with the "celebrities" on Denver’s reality TV programs these days – however, I just learned that the Amazing Race (which premiers on CBS Sunday night) will feature a twosome from Denver: Luke Adams and his mom, Margie. Luke is a 23-year-old recent college grad who is deaf. This duo is sure to be a fan favorite as they’ll have to overcome some tough odds to compete and win.
Also, on this season’s The Bachelor, viewers have been teased with the resurgence of DeAnna Pappas, last season’s Bachelorette who chose Breckenridge snowboarder, Jesse Csinsak, as her suitor. The pair has since broken up. From what I hear, DeAnna will be giving some advice to last season’s runner up and this season’s Bachelor, Jason Mesnick. I think she’ll probably tell him not to get engaged because we all know how well that worked out for her. But don’t feel bad for Jesse. He’s got a new love, Holly Durst, a former Bachelor cast-off herself (from the "London Calling" season).
If you know of any other reality TV "celebs" from Colorado that I should be blogging about, please leave me a comment or drop me a line!
