The Obama Girl - you know, the hot girl from the YouTube viral video that will some day be on VHI’s I Love the 2007’s - will be in Denver during DNC week and yes, you can meet her.

Obama Girl Amber Lee Ettinger will be making an appearance on Aug. 26 from 9-11 pm at Spill Lounge, 1410 Market Street. The event is open to the public and is being put on as a publicity effort by Barely Political (the company that created the “I Got a Crush on Obama” video) and Denver-based Buzzwire (a company that does mobile podcasting and is promoting a special “DNC 2008” channel that will feature political satire and interviews/videos from around town).

No celebrities have confirmed attendance as of today, but the crew is still in talks with some celebrity agents and on-air talent including NBC’s Luke Russert and MSNBC’s Keith Olbermann.
