Bachelorette picks Colorado boy! Jesse/DeAnna show promise of Trista/Ryan-like wedding

Jesse Csincsak, 26, the professional snowboarder from Breckenridge, is totally rad in Bachelorette DeAnna Pappas’ heart.

Yes, it’s true. This is not opposite day. Pappas will be Jesse’s girl from here on out.

After the usual Bachelor/Bachelorette rigmarole, Pappas took the final two suitors, the free-spirited athlete, Csincsak, and single dad from Seattle, Jason Mesnick, to her hometown to meet her family. She made out with them both in their “last chance” dates, and then she made her final decision as both men got down on one knee to propose.

Long story short, the happy couple has set a date and place for their pending nuptials – perhaps only the second Bachelor/Bachelorette couple in history to do so. May 9, 2009 is the date. Bahamas is the place. And thanks to ABC, the couple will be honeymooning in Pappas’ native land of Greece.

It would seem that the Bachelors that reside in the Colorado mountains, first Ryan Sutter from Vail (who married Bachelorette Trista Rehn), and now Csincsak, have got what it takes to win the ladies over on national television.

Coloradoans will be looking forward to that multi-million dollar wedding broadcast live on ABC (just a guess, but likely true). Quick fashion tip: Leave those pink shoelaces at home, Jesse.
