The Big Blue Test

Nov. 14 is World Diabetes Day, and www.TuDiabetes.com invites you to raise diabetes awareness. On Nov. 14, at 14 hours (your local time, no matter where you live), thousands of people with diabetes will test their blood sugar, do 14 minutes of exercise, test again and share their results online.

Take The Big Blue Test and tell everyone about it. If you have a blog, make sure to write about this event and add a badge linking to http://bigbluetest.org.

Besides participating in The Big Blue Test, you can get a local building, your neighborhood or your front porch lit up in blue; you can organize a local event or you can write a letter to a local editor; you can wear blue, paint your face blue or paint your nails blue.

No matter what you do, don't let World Diabetes Day go unnoticed. November 14, let's make diabetes history!
