Greetings, Seattleites and curious out-of-towners.  We're about embark on the fifth leg of our expedition through Seattle, designed to help you uncover or rediscover the best the city has to offer.  So brace yourself.

Most visitors and newcomers spend time in Queen Anne without even realizing it.  It feels sort of boundless ... you could be walking down the street in South Lake Union and suddenly find yourself in Quen Anne before you even have time to say "Ride the S.L.U.T."

Here's a brief 101 on some must-see spots in Lower to mid-Queen Anne -- although I also advise you make your way to the Upper half, too:

1.) Kerry Park: This is hands down one of the best views you'll get of downtown and Elliott Bay.  Just be warned ... by night, this park has been voted one of the best spots to make out in Seattle!

2.) The Seattle Center: Home to the Space Needle, the Pacific Northwest Ballet, the Pacific Science Center, the Experience Music Project, the Children's Theater, and more.  You get the picture...

3.) Teatro Zinzanni: Described as "a unique night show, combining cabaret artists, illusionists, aerialists, clowns, torchsingers, tapdancers, magicians and musicians."  The food is fabulous, too.

4.) Easy Street Records: Easy Street is more than just a record store -- it's a Seattle institution, and a necessary stop for any musicphiles. Be sure to check the calendar for any in-store events.
