As promotions go, this one's a catch: Salmon Gone Wild. Elliott's Oyster House is offering weekly salmon barbecues on its waterfront pier, along with wines from Seven Hills Winery. The salmon, for its part, is being flown in for the occasion; it's the famous Copper River run.

The photo op earlier this week: Elliott's exec chef Eric Hellner on the tarmac at SeaTac to greet the inaugural Alaska Airlines salmon flight.

Meantime, Elliott's is also selling its crab cakes, frozen, for takeout. Sign up online to take advantage of the offer.
