Enjoy free movies all summer long at Regal Cinemas

School's out, now what? Keeping kids busy and stimulated is the key to a happy summer for all. But all that fun doesn't necessarily come cheap. Here's one budget-friendly way to beat the heat while curing the summer doldrums...

Budding film buffs can take part in Regal Cinema's Free Family Film Festival. On Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 10 AM select G- and PG-rated films are free on a first come, first served basis. This 9-week event lasts throughout the summer so there will be plenty of opportunities to catch a free flick or two. Regal Cinemas are located  throughout the Garden State, click here for more information.

Not to be upstaged, the AMC Summer Movie Camp offers $1 movies all summer long. All proceeds from the camp, including those generated from concessions, will be donated to charity. Movies are every Wednesday at 10 AM starting June 17th through August 5th. Click here for a theater near you.

Finally, Cinemark Theaters is also offering weekday, kid-friendly movies for a buck. Or you can buy a prepaid punch card for all 10 movies of the series for the very reasonable price of $5. Click here for more info.
