Is Jefferson City, Missouri state prison a UFO way station?

Last Monday night, May 4th, 2009, I was on a radio interview with Gil Mcdonald a former prison guard at Jefferson City state prison. Gil had worked there for ten years and retired in 2002. The facility closed in 2005. I was completely flabbergasted to hear the strange tale he had to tell. Most of the time he worked the night shift and was stationed in a tall observation tower. He watched the inner yard and surrounding buildings, using high-powered binoculars whenever he needed to see anything close-up that drew his attention. The things he says he saw on his night duty during the last three years of his employment there would cause Rod Serling to cringe.
By day this facility was a normal appearing state prison typical of other like institutions around the country. By night it was a veritable ET Hotel California! Gil said that in some of the buildings there were what appeared to be classrooms filled with gray aliens and human/alien hybrids intensely occupied with some kind of training. Gil says he saw what he calls the Gray Snake People, some as large as pythons, that would put their head down the throat of gray, human-looking people who seemed to open their mouth so wide that it didn't seem possible that they would have had any normal human bone structure. He had the impression that the gray humanoids may have been robots and that the snake creatures were making repairs on them.
Sometimes he saw creatures traversing the yard and gathered into groups outside as if waiting for the arrival of one of the ET craft that frequently showed up during the wee hours. These were apparently supply transport craft of some kind bringing things needed for their secret nighttime operation projects. On one occasion Gil saw one armed ET shoot another alien creature with some kind of weapon. The victim fell over and "instantly turned to dust."
Gil had brought his digital camera to work and managed to document the arrival of these ET craft. Most of the time they were cloaked with invisibility. This was a very slick, clandestine operation that none of the inmates were ever aware of. And neither did the prison authorities ever act like they had a clue that under cover of night, their facility was a Mecca of high strangeness. Gil did say that on one occasion he saw a prison guard walk within three feet of a cloaked shuttle craft without noticing it was there. This happened when the craft was docking at one of the storage buildings.
Gil told me that he never said a word to his superiors at the prison less they would think he was insane. You difinitely don't want a man up in the tower with high-caliber, semi-automatic weapons who is hallucinating throughout the night scenes like from a Stephen King movie transpiring in the yard. The story that Gil tells is the kind of stuff you would expect to read in a tabloid magazine, not something a sensible person would take seriously----right?
Personally, in my interview with him, I found him to be a level-headed, credible sounding individual despite the fact that his story is so utterly fantastic that it would stagger anyone's belief. You've got to ask yourself the question [assuming that he's not really insane] what he stands to gain by making up such a story. He's certainly not making any money off of it ; he can only catch ridicule.
Since the prison shut down in 2005, it has been taken over by the Federal government. The place is still lit up at night with some kind of ongoing operation strictly off limits to the public. No one can go there now and take photographs. Homeland Security patrols around the outer perimeter and will quickly accost you if you dare to try. So if this ET activity, which Gil swears he witnessed, is still happening at old MIssouri State Prison, it's now fully under the auspices of the U.S. government. Did Gil stumble onto a glaring loophole in the UFO cover-up? One thing is for sure ; you will never hear about this on CNN or Fox News.
