A new restaurant called Milan is opening in time for the holiday season at the edge of Harbor East and Little Italy, on the corner of Eastern Avenue and Exeter Street. Milan's atmosphere will combine contemporary music, modern design and eclectic Italian/Mediterranean cuisine.

The restaurant will offer Italian and world wines as well as blended cocktails inspired by world-renown fashion designers. The menu consists of fresh grilled meats, hand-made pastas, bruschetta, flatbreads and Italian-inspired sushi.

The 12,000 sq. ft. restaurant will offer a contemporary and comfortable setting with three levels for dining plus an outdoor patio for al fresco dining. Each floor blends contemporary and classic décor in Milan’s signature hues of crimson red, espresso and white to create a bold, stylish atmosphere. The main floor includes a sushi bar and lounge surrounding a U-shaped, 30-seat bar.

In addition to the restaurant’s Mediterranean/Italian infused menu, Milan will offer guests a selection of traditional Italian fare at their adjoining lower-level café, Intermezzo.
