Halloween – Savannah

If you’re in the mood for good old-fashioned specters and phantasms, spend your Halloween in America’s Most Haunted City.

Multiple ghost tours companies, each with their own quirks and techniques for conjuring spooks, can take you to an early grave. Serious ghost-hunting teams - from device-heavy TAPS to tight-tee-shirt-and-trash-talking Ghost Adventures – have investigated many a musty old house or morgue, to viewers orb-filled delight.

For Halloween, I recommend kicking it up a notch from the typical ghost tour to an actual ghost HUNT, with SyFy Channel’s Ghost Hunters International. Join Ashley Godwin and Robb Demarest as they snoop through the Roundhouse Railroad Museum on Friday, October 30th… or stumble through the darkness of the Sorrel-Weed House on Saturday, October 31st. Whether you’re a believer or not, going lights-off in an creaking Southern mansion is sure to shiver your timbers!
