Kelleen Griffin, Executive Coach

What is emotional intelligence?  And how does it impact your business?

I recently sat down with Kelleen Griffin of Griffin Executive Coaching to find out more about EQ and how it can affect a person individually and in the larger business world.  You will be surprised and intrigued by our conversation.

Kelleen has an MBA from Columbia as well as a degree in counseling from Johns Hopkins.  With a background on Wall Street and as an executive consultant for top finanancial institutions around the world, she's no slouch when it comes to business.

When she says she has found a tool that works for the average businesswoman, it pays to listen.
