Kelleen Griffin, Executive Coach
What is emotional intelligence?  And how does it impact your business?

I recently sat down with Kelleen Griffin of Griffin Executive Coaching to find out more about EQ and how it can affect a person individually and in the larger business world.  You will be surprised and intrigued by our conversation.

Kelleen has an MBA from Columbia as well as a degree in counseling from Johns Hopkins.  With a background on Wall Street and as an executive consultant for top finanancial institutions around the world, she's no slouch when it comes to business.

When she says she has found a tool that works for the average businesswoman, it pays to listen.

Click here to hear what Kelleen has to say about Emotional Intelligence (EQ). (if you are getting this post via feed reader, you may have to go to the site to get the audio player options)
