Next week in business is a busy one. As a matter of fact, all of June is jam-packed with events to learn, network, and expand the reach of your business.
Registration is Open:
- Bob Burg, author of Endless Referrals, will be in Bellevue on Tuesday, 6/10/08. If you already have enough customers, don't worry about attending. For everyone else, this is an excellent opportunity to learn how to keep those customers coming. This is a half-day seminar, and seats are going fast! Register to attend here. The $77 early-bird rate goes up to $97 on June 3, so act quickly.
- Is your clutter getting in the way of making money? Debbie Rosemont is holding a Getting Organized System Seminar on Tuesday, 6/10/08, in Sammamish. I've taken this course before, and it will really help you get "mentally" as well as physically organized. The session is a half-day and includes a GO System binder and material. The cost is $199 and you can register here.
- Make Mine a Million comes to Seattle, Wednesday, 6/11/08. This group's goal is to bring one million women business owners to $1 million in annual revenue each, and the Seattle winner will be announced that day. Come see what all the fuss is about so you can apply for this tremendous opportunity next year. The day is full of speakers and networking opportunities. Register for the event here. Tickets are $75 for a full day.
- Publici-Tea™, a half-day seminar to give you the inside scoop on getting local publicity, will take place on Friday, 6/13/08, in Bellevue. Learn how to pitch your stories, get your news in print, and use free or nearly-free resources to publicize you and your business. This half-day workshop comes with Nancy Juetten's Do-It-Yourself Media Savvy Kit and a session on blogging by me (and a tasty breakfast and lunch!). The workshop is $297, and seats always fill up fast. Register here.
Do you have an upcoming business event for women in the greater Seattle area?
Let me know by Thursday at 5 p.m. Pacific for inclusion in Monday's column.
I'll be at 3 of these 4 events next week, so please come up and say hello.
