You know what "go green" means to most of the Republican delegates? A side salad with the 32-oz T-bone. There's a better chance Gordon Ramsey will hire Rachael Ray as his new head chef, than the GOP serving a meat-free convention menu. Near the end of the letter, PETA really goes for whatever the vegetarian equivalent of a jugular vein is.

That's telling them. I can just hear Mr. Leatherdale now, "Excuse me Mr. Cheney, I know you shot a guy in the face trying to shoot a delicious quail in the face, but we're going with curried root vegetables as the main course because our symbol is an elephant, and they're vegetarians."
