This low carb, high protein recipe is great for hitting that sweet tooth during a weight loss nutritional plan. It can be used as a quick and easy mid morning or afternoon meal replacement, or split into 2 servings and shared with a dollop of fat free whipped cream as a perfect guilt free desert.

1 packet of CNP Professional Pudding Mix
1 scoop of Beverly International Ultimate Muscle Protein
1 tablespoon Whole Foods fresh ground honey roasted peanut butter
½ - ¾ cup of water (depending on desired thickness)
 
Combine the pudding mix and scoop of protein powder in a bowl.
Add the water and mix with a whisk until smooth.
Add the table spoon of peanut butter and mix with the whisk until evenly distributed.
Allow 5-10 minutes in the refrigerator (or freezer) to chill and then enjoy.

Protein: 48g
Fat: 13g
