Brian Ayers, CSCS has been involved with fitness and athletics since he was young and has worked as a personal trainer since 2002. He is the founder of Total Transformations, LLC, an in-home personal training business servicing the Greater Hartford area. Brian has given lectures on a variety of fitness and wellness topics and is currently in the process of becoming certified as a Wellness Coach.
