
Relationships can be challenging, and our important relationships need to be challenged. We need to challenge our relationships to grow, to stay loving, and to weather the inevitable conflicts. A workshop is being offere to couples, married or unmarried, over 4 consecutive Saturday mornings. Workshop sessions are designed to help you understand your relationship “dance”, and to teach skills in building a healthy and happy relationship. Educational information will be provided, along with skill building exercises.
The 4 Saturdays will focus on the following major areas:
1. Understanding your relationships, marriage and commitment, types of love, and the “love maps” in your relationship.
2. Attachment, emotion, and the influence of childhood experience in your relationship today.
3. Communication, fighting fair, and working through relationship problems and conflicts.
4. 'Who’s In Charge' in this relationship? Understanding how your internal parts interact and react to your partner’s internal parts.
