Fun stuff Friday- Chateaux, quizzes, and bittersweet memories

Vineyards and a chateau in Switzerland...

Welcome back to Fun Stuff Friday!  Think you know it all about Bordeaux winesWhat kind of grapes can make champagne?  Try the quiz and don't be disappointed if you don't ace it the first time.  I didn't either!  If your computer won't allow you to click right on the answer, write it down manually (you can do this...) and--as a teaser--I'll give you the answers on Monday.  Have a great wine-filled weekend!

Also check out the attached youtube video.  It's of a friend of mine, John Rueck, and his daughter Jordan performing at a local spot not long ago (unfortunately, the quality isn't the greatest...)  I never knew this man to ever turn down a glass of good red wine.  His style was always upbeat, sing-along kinda stuff, foot-tappin' tunes.  John passed away this week, but his music will live on.   Sail on sailor~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~/|)~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
