Weird Wednesday with Wally -Paris Hilton's yearbook and a business card from a famous missing person

Business card of fraud suspect Sam Israel

I don't know quite what category you'd file this in your collection as, but here's one of the most interesting business cards your likely to find, at least the story behind it has intrigue. Can guess how much this sold for? Scroll to the bottom to see the answer.

From the listing:

Infamous Hedge Fund Manager - Sam Israel III Business Card

Bid for a piece of history.  This Item is one of Sam Israel's actual business cards.  Sam Israel was the Infamous hedge fund mogul who defrauded investors out of hundreds of millions of dollars.  He was set to begin a 20 year prison sentence on June 9th, 2008 when his vehicle was found abandoned on the Bear Mountain Bridge over the Hudson River in New York with the words "Suicide is Painless" written in the dust on his hood.  As of June 12th no one has yet to find his body resulting in an international manhunt for Mr. Israel.  See "Manhunt Is Launched For Trader in Big Fraud" - Wall Street Journal, June 11th 2008.

It sold for $61.00

What's Paris Hilton's Yearbook worth? Scroll down to see the selling price.
Paris Hilton's HS yearbook photo
From the listing:

You are bidding on Paris Hilton's 8th grade yearbook. It is in near mint condition with just minor dents on the corners of the cover and writing on the inside of the cover. This is the 1995 St. Paul the Apostle school yearbook, I received this attending the school in the 4th grade. It is not autographed by Paris herself. It contains Paris' graduation photo with shout outs to her friends as well as her baby picture and a dedication page made by Paris for her friends. The dedication page includes photos of her with Nicole Ritchie. This is believed to be her only graduation, as it is the only school she is believed to have received a diploma from. Truly a collector's piece. An excerpt from Jerry Oppenheimer's book, House of Hilton: "BEFORE RICK AND KATHY MOVED their brood to New York City in the '90s, the Hiltons lived in exclusive Bel-Air, in Los Angeles, where Paris and Nicky attended a strict coeducational Roman Catholic school, St. Paul the Apostle, which went up to the eighth grade. The Hilton girls were required to wear uniforms and were given a Catholic education in addition to the reading, writing, and arithmetic. "It was more strict than a lot of schools," says a parent of a student who went there. "The principal was against having boy-girl parties until the graduation party." ***"Paris graduated from St. Paul's in June 1995, the only school from which she is believed to have ever received a formal diploma. But because of her increasingly wild behavior she was not seen at the eighth-grade parent-sponsored graduation party. She then went to Marymount High School in Bel-Air, but she didn't finish with her class."***

Wow! This sold for $338.00 plus $10.00 for shipping.
