Holly at Intermezzo in Queen Anne just made my day. She is the gal to see for all your facial needs, wants and desires. Ooolala. Holly said that a fair amount of guys come in too. Guys are beginning to understand the importance of good skin care.
She used an all organic skin care line on me that smelled and felt wonderful. Some of the products smelled like I wanted to eat them! I also got a hand treatment - that comes with the facial - as well as a little massage for the hands, neck and shoulders.
Did you know that the skin is the largest organism in the body - AND, it's the LAST to get all the nutrients of your food because they have the furthest to travel in your system? Kind of a crazy dichotomy. I knew the first bit, but not the second. Wow!
All the gals there are super sweet, the environment is lovely and the room where you get pampered is very cozy. It feels like a small, upscale salon but with average salon prices. Do-able for even the mid-level income person. She recommends getting a facial once a month to get all the dull, dry skin off and deep cleanse the environmental dirt and toxins out of your pores.
BONUS BIT - when you refer 3 people that book facials with her, Holly will give you a FREE facial as a thank you! Now that's a gal that understands the power of networking and referral!
