The winners of the 2009 Lone Star Writing competition have been announced. This prestigious writing competition is sponsored by the Northwest Houston chapter of Romance Writers of America, and many of the winner and finalists have gone on to publish their manuscripts. This year one third of the winners had their manuscripts requested for consideration by an agent or an editor.
