![]() Primary muscle worked out with pullups and rows There are two main things I want to point out; wide grip pullups widen the lats giving you butterfly wings and rowing motion based workouts thicken the back muscles. Depending on the angle of the rowing motion you are doing will change the target of the lat area you are working out. I do about 4 sets of 5 different excercises for my back every six days. By the way, that's my back there!
