Pre Workout Drinks and Nitric Oxide Supplements

May 27, 11:18 PM

Hello everyone!  Sorry for taking awhile to post, I had some personal issues come up.  Anyways, I have a lot of people come up to me at the gym and ask me about different pre-workout supplements; what do these supplements do, which is the best etc.

My personal favorite preworkout combination is about a scoop and a half of Black powder made by MRI and 4 tabs of NO2 which is also made by MRI, followed by a 40 gram protein shake.  In a nutshell, Nitric Oxide pumps all your muscles up in your body within 45 minutes of taking the product. You should notice a definite change in your vascularity as well.  (My friends make jokes at the gym because my forearms look like they have spiderwebs made of veins inside.)

Although it's great for your vanity, it also serves to increase energy, strength, stamina, and more.  I personally havent trained in over a year without it.  Now, I havent tried every single brand out there, but I have tried most; Noxplode/Nitix, NO Shotgun, naNOx9, etc.  I tend to like BSN protein shakes the best, MRI products for Nitric Oxide, and Muscletech for post-workout and creatine.  Not to forget that MHP makes a great 12 hour sustained release protein which is great before bedtime.  Let me know if you guys have any questions or recommendations!

Also, ask some questions in my comments, give me some topics that you would like to hear about.  I'd be happy to help you with anything you've got on your mind.  Thanks

June 30, 2:35 AM
Yes, you can keep your six pack and build muscle.  However, it is extremely difficult and you almost need to hire a nutritionist to do it.  Evander Holyfield put on 12 pounds of muscle for his second fight with Riddick Bowe, and was just as... Read More
