NFL Draft Weekend!

April 25, 1:44 PM

The NFL Draft is this weekend, 3:00 PM eastern.  The first pick by the Dolphins has already been announced, Offensive Tackle Jake Long.  Everyone however is still speculating heavily on the rest of the first round.  I'm a Huge Vince Young fan and live in Seattle, so naturally I'm watching to see what the Titans and Seahawks do.  I plan on being glued to my Sony Bravia LCD Saturday.

::As a side note:: Men, it's not O.K. to cry with your favorite player when he gets drafted...my friend shall go unnamed.

Here are some things to watch out for or to update everyone on including the order of selections

Pacman Jones was traded to the Cowboys on Wednesday for a 4th round draft pick.  In the offseason the Cowboys lost RB Julius Jones to the Seahawks in free agency.  Look for the Cowboys to trade and trade up there 22nd pick to try and acquire McFadden to replace Julius Jones.  Check out this ranking of the draftees.

The dolphins are offering up their 30 plus year old pro bowler DE Jason Taylor for a first round draft pick, something to watch out for that could stir things up a little.

The Titans are drueling at the chance to pick up Limus Sweed who may or may not be there when their pick comes up, 24th.  Although the Titans made the playoffs last year, their recievers ranked last, if they are unable to get Sweed, look for them to go for a DT in Sedrick Ellis, or to possibly even trade there pick for DE Jason Taylor.

The Seahawks will be looking to improve their OL or DL which are their major needs outside of TE.  Since there are no great TE's in the first round, and the lingering possibility of acquiring recently released Jeremy Shockey, I feel certain in them looking to improve their Lines.

Look for the Ravens to possibly try and move up as well since they just lost their QB, Steve McNair, to retirment.  The Ravens are most likely looking to pick up Boston College's Matt Ryan, who is the highest ranked QB in the draft.

Everyone, you are welcome to point out and discuss things with me that I may have left out, thanks.

Yes, you can keep your six pack and build muscle.  However, it is extremely difficult and you almost need to hire a nutritionist to do it.  Evander Holyfield put on 12 pounds of muscle for his second fight with Riddick Bowe, and was just as... Read More
