 Hello to all my readers! Thanks... to the both of you. 

I will be writing blogs at least once a week to examine topics of masculinity. I hope my blog can aid as an escape for all the men out there caught in the mundane superficial topics of pop culture where we pretend to care and listen but are really someplace completely different in our heads. Example: "I can't believe my bench went up by 20 pounds yesterday, fast food is good after all," as a girlfriend tells us about her day, shoes, etc. 

I also plan to discuss topics of working out, gaining mass, cutting up, etc. Please take advantage of my comments section to ask questions about working out, diet, and supplements.  I am the very definition of a gym rat.
