Although it is important to know that "cheap" doesn't necessarily equal a good buy, Total Beauty.com listed a great selection of

cosmetics under $5. From that list, below are my picks that I know from experience are great. Scroll down to view because your wallet won’t be the only one happy with these beauty treasures:

Sephora Powdered Liqiud Foundation SPF 12 ($4)

This foundation comes on creamy and dries to a smooth powdered finish. It contains SPF and for only $4, you can’t beat it.

Sally Henson Diamond Treatment ($4.99)

This high shine and glitter gloss is amazing, with several shades you can choose from. Visit their site to download a $1 off coupon which can bring it as low as $3.99

Blistex Silk and Shine – SPF 15

I have noted the importance of SPF in lip glosses before so I love this pick. It protects your lips while making it nice and smooth with a glossy finish. You can wear it alone or under a lip color.

E.L.F. (Eyes Lips Face) Natural Mineral Kabuki Brush $5.

If you like to use mineral makeup (Bare Essentials is my fave) than this a quality, yet less expensive, buy than other kabuki brushes
