Norman Barclay / WBIR

Norman Bradley escaped from the Michigan Department of Corrections, and has been captured in Clinton, Tennessee.

Police officer Randall Chisum pulled over Barclay on suspicion of drunk driving, when the vehicle he was driving matched an earlier description of a drunk driving report.  Once he confirmed Barclay's identity, he learned he was wanted in Michigan.

Barclay faces local charges of driving under the influence, driving on a revoked license, theft over $10,000, violation of implied consent, being a fugative from justice, open container violation, and violation of financial responsibility laws.  Once he has satisfied local charges, he will be extradited to Michigan.
