The 11:11 became noticeable by people all over the world. The enigma showed mainly on digital clocks, morning and evening with startling regularity. What is the mystery behind the recognizing but not knowing what or why it happens-or why we even notice them? What significant role is 11:11 playing in the human psyche?

It appears that memory is not localized within the cells and neurons of the brain, but rather is enclosed in every cell within the body.
