Exopolítica, Spanish edition of iconic book, analyzes human-extraterrestrial relations

Exopolitica: Spanish version

Exopolitics is a field which covers, for example, the political, social and scientific implications of such epochal events as Andrew D. Basiago’s discovery in 2008 of apparent life forms in NASA rover Spirit photographs taken in the Columbia Basin of Mars, including humanoids and animals walking around on the surface of Mars, or NASA’s planned bombing on October 9th of this year of the Moon, despite witnessed evidence that exists of extraterrestrial civilizations based on the Moon.  In short, exopolitics is the study of relations between our human civilization here on Earth and extraterrestrial ones.

Exopolitics: Politics, Government and Law in the Universe, the work credited with founding the field of exopolitics, with its emphasis upon the science of relations between our human civilization and other intelligent civilizations in the multi-verse, was first written ten years ago in Vancouver, B.C. by Alfred Lambremont Webre.  In 2005, it was edited by Basiago, the lawyer from Washington State who would make the Mars discoveries three years later, who also wrote an appendix to the book that included statements confirming the extraterrestrial hypothesis by dozens of distinguished world citizens.

This iconic book is now being published in a Spanish edition for the more than 450 million Spanish-speaking people around the world, including the 45 million living in North America.  Extraterrestrial civilizations include hyper-dimensional civilizations living in dimensions or Universes parallel to our own.  The Associated Press reported in January 2006 that “exopolitics” had been nominated for 2005 word of the year.

Vesica Piscis, a European publishing house with branches in Spain, France, Portugal and Germany, is publishing the Spanish version of Exopolitics as Exopolítica: Politica, Gobierno y la Ley en el Universo.  Vesica Piscis also publishes such English-language authors as Rupert Sheldrake and Dr. Fred Alan Wolf.  Alfred Lambremont Webre JD MEd, author of Exopolítica, was director of a proposed 1977 Carter White House extraterrestrial communication study while a futurist at Stanford Research Institute. The exopolitics model of the multi-verse

“The 20th century canon of science,” Webre states, “held that all intelligent life ends at Earth’s geostationary orbit.  Many scientists, educators, public officials veering from this canon were held up to ridicule and destroyed as economic or social entities, or even assassinated.

According to Webre, “The exopolitics model, a model for the 21st century, holds that we live in a populated multi-verse, filled with intelligent civilizations, operatiing under universal law, mediated by universal politics.  We on Earth are just becoming aware that we live in a populated, organized universe.

“As a meme or psycho-social thought form,” Webre states, “the exopolitics model, first published in the book Exopolitics, is now driving public policy regarding governmentally classified programs, observations, surveillance, and files of Extraterrestrial-related phenomena.  Beginning in 2000, governments from various regions of the world have accelerated the release of formerly secret files and made public statements regarding reports of Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs), which may be either Extraterrestrial space craft or terrestrial craft based on Extraterrestrial technology, known as Alien Reproduction Craft (ARVs).  Since that time, former government officials, space experts, pilots and other officially sanctioned observers have also come forward to disclose their own experiences and provide testimony regarding the presence of Extraterrestrial civilizations on Earth.”

Exopolitics in the ten years since 1999

In a prologue to Exopolítica, the Spanish edition of Exopolitics, author Webre writes, “As of 2009, it will have been ten years since the book Exopolitics was written, in 1999, in Vancouver, Canada.  Exopolitics was first published online in the year 2000 to seed a new paradigm of human reality.  

“The discoveries and events of the intervening decade have only served to confirm the validity of the exopolitical paradigm.  As Spanish is the language of my ancestors, I am eager to report these important discoveries to those reading about them for the first time in Spanish.

“Like all models,” Webre writes, “Exopolitics provides a path for minds to go where they have not ventured before.  The Exopolitics model provides the interface between human and extraterrestrial societies.  The Exopolitics model is a human version of The Hundredth Monkey Effect, which holds that once 100 monkeys have begun washing their yams on one island, this will result in all monkeys on all islands washing their yams.  Exopolitics allows all of us to internalize a truth:  that we are part of a populated Cosmos and that our neighbors are reaching out to us at this time.”

Extraterrestrial disclosure events

The developments in Exopolitics since 1999 reveal a pattern of accelerating extraterrestrial disclosure, as well as attempted containment by government authorities.

On May 9, 2001, a group of governmental and military-intelligence witnesses to the extraterrestrial presence testified at the Disclosure Project press conference at the National Press Club in Washington, DC.  

The next year, 2002, saw the beginnings of prosecution by the US Navy of British UFO researcher Gary McKinnon, who had reportedly exposed an advanced US space navy funded by black budget.
    
In 2004, Mexico disclosed UFO and extraterrestrial-related documents.

This was followed, in 2005, when Brazil, Peru and Chile also made major ET disclosures.   In 2005 the Hon. Paul Hellyer, former Deputy Prime Minister of Canada who had previously contributed a preface to Exopolitics, became the first major government figure ever to speak openly about the extraterrestrial presence on Earth.

In 2006, Jim Sparks, a reported 18-year Gray-reptilian abductee, published the account of his abductions and of Gray-reptilian collaboration with US military-intelligence bases and technology transfer of advanced technologies, including teleportation, to the US military.

In 2007, former Arizona Governor Fyfe Symington went public with his belief that the 1997 Phoenix Lights Incident was caused by an immense extraterrestrial spacecraft.  That same year, France and the United Kingdom announced that they would begin to release UFO and extraterrestrial-related files.

In 2008, UFOs and extraterrestrials became part of the US presidential election debate, when then-Senator Barack Obama, Gov. Bill Richardson, Rep. Dennis Kucinich and other candidates were queried about whether they believed in extraterrestrial life or had seen a UFO.  Also in 2008, the head of the Vatican observatory stated that a belief in God and in extraterrestrials was congruent.

Mars: A culmination of a decade of exopolitics

The culmination of this near-decade of exopolitics came at the end of 2008.  On December 12, 2008, the end of the Earth’s planetary quarantine began when Basiago, who served in the US government’s time-space exploration program in the early 1970s as a child, published The Discovery of Life on Mars, the first work to prove that Mars is an inhabited planet.  Basiago’s discovery of life on Mars occurred right on time.  In the Calleman-Clow time acceleration matrix of the Mayan calendar, researcher Barbara Hand Clow had predicted that such an event suggesting the end of Earth’s planetary quarantine would take place between November 2008 and November 2009.  

In 2009, official release of secret UFO and extraterrestrial-related files by national governments continued when Denmark, Sweden, and Uruguay released its files.

Like Exopolitics, Exopolitica contains a case study of proposed public interest diplomacy by our human civilization with the intelligent human civilization living under the surface of Mars.  The advanced Martian settlements were most plausibly constructed prior to the 9,500 B.C. solar system catastrophe that occurred when fragments of the Vela supernova explosion entered our solar system, destroying much of Mars’ ecology and eclipsing the great maritime civilization on Earth that Plato calls “Atlantis.”

Webre’s Spanish-language book Exopolítica will be premiered at a series of presentations during July 16th-20th in Madrid, Spain and at the European Exopolitics Summit in Barcelona, Spain on July 25th-26th.
