Anaheim Ballet Nutcracker
Though the weather outside may not necessarily be frightful here in sunny Southern California, there is something warm and cozy about joining friends for a little early holiday shopping. Don your most stylish scarves and knitted caps and head on down to the Anaheim Gardenwalk, this Saturday and Sunday*, November 14th and 15th, 2009. Anaheim Ballet is hosting the Nutcracker Marketplace, a smorgasbord of festive outdoor activities, including real falling snow!
There will be opportunity drawings, photos with Santa and the Nutcracker Prince, various kinds of entertainment, and of course, shopping! Stop by throughout the day (times TBA) to see some of the top students from the Anaheim Ballet performing variations of professional dance pieces.
In addition to being entertained for the afternoon and evening at a gorgeous place like the Anaheim Gardenwalk, you can be pleased knowing that your raffle donations will benefit the Anaheim Ballet, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization. After the holiday festivities, you can hop on over to Heat Ultra Lounge for a little urban house music and get jiggy with the other shopaholics. See you snow bunnies at the Gardenwalk this weekend!
