You know the famous quote, “What you think about you bring about.” Well, it seems to apply to wellness as well.

Esther Hicks quotes Abraham today in Daily Law of Attraction Quotation
“Whatever you are giving your attention to is already vibrating. And when you give your attention to it, if you maintain your focus for as little as 17 seconds, you begin to include its vibration, whatever it is, in your vibration. When you see something you want, and you give it your attention, and you say yes to it, you are including whatever its vibration is in your vibration. When you see something you do not want, and you shout no at it, you are including whatever its vibration is in your vibration.”

Warren Mount of Grand Junction, Iowa, had a heart attack when he was 54 years old. He recently celebrated his 95th birthday and was heard saying, “I’d rather have a heart attack than a broken leg because you can recover so much more quickly.” He lives and breathes focusing on health. As a result he is a very active, healthy man who continues to live on the farm with his wife of 74 years who is 93 years old and focused on wellness, not illnesses they have experienced.

Watch what you talk about and how you can get sucked into illness conversations. On Facebook there is constant comment on the “illnesses” circulating. Notice the people who are commenting on how long their ailment is lingering. The ones that are focused on wellness aren’t talking about it. Sure they are getting hit also but illness is not lingering where there is little attention paid it.
