The magic of Christmas comes to Napa on the Santa Express Train


This special holiday train ride is an enchanting experience for the entire family. Holiday carolers will entertain you as you ramble through the scenic valley with Santa onboard to complete the Christmas magic. This is a fabulous holiday journey for all.

During the Christmas season the special "Santa Train" runs "for an hour and a half from the City of Napa to the Town of Yountville and back, and is filled to overflowing with happy children waiting to see Santa and his friends" according to the Napa Valley Wine Train website.

Time and Dates for the Santa Express Train

Dec. 14, 15, and 16: 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm. Boarding 3:00 pm.
Dec. 19 to 24: 9:00 am to 10:30 am. Boarding 8:30 am.

These trains sell out early and it is advised to arrive at least an hour and a half prior to departure.
"The cost is $20 to $40 per adult and one adult must ride for every two children."
The price does not include food, however, there is food available to purchase. They have a Child-friendly menu onboard.
